IWant2Network – Network 90, shall be referred to as IW2N90 throughout these Terms & Conditions. While we do try to work with our Members and encourage them to be understanding of each other’s schedule changes, we do ask that Members notify us of any cancellations with as much notice as possible.

FEES

W2N90 will only charge a membership fee with the option to make a one-off annual payment or monthly instalments via direct debit (the payment will appear as Cavara Business Services Ltd on the statement). All prices are plus VAT.

IW2N90 offers the following membership:

Option 1 – £490 plus vat (one off annual payment)
Option 2 – Solopreneurs – payment plans are available as follows:
If you wish to terminate before the end of the term, a cancellation fee of £150 or payment of the remining balance of the term is payable whichever is the lower sum.

Networking90 upgrade – Platinum Package

Option 1 – £1100 plus vat (one off annual payment)
Option 2 – Solopreneurs – payment plans are available as follows:
£1200 plus vat – 1st Instalment – £500 (to be paid upfront)
11 instalments at £63.63 each – (to be paid by DD on 1st of each month)
If you wish to terminate before the end of the term, a cancellation fee of £150 or payment of the remining balance of the term is payable whichever is the lower sum.
*All prices quoted above incur £100 plus VAT for a corporation with 10 plus employees.

Membership will renew automatically for a further 12 months, unless cancelled by the member in writing, with a minimum of 30 days’ notice to be provided. Renewal of the membership will secure the members seat for a further 12 month period.

NETWORKING90 INTERNATIONAL

All fees shown are in GBP (pound sterling). Payments made by international members to be made in GBP.
All payments made to be received for the full amount of the fee due. Any charges, such as international payment fees, bank charges and any other fees related to the payment of our membership fees to be paid by the member.
We will not pay and/or be responsible for any such charges.

CANCELLATION RELATING TO PRE JOINER MEMBERSHIP

If a member changes their mind once they have signed up for the membership, the member may cancel the agreement within 14 days.
If the membership has been cancelled within this period you will receive a refund for the full amount of the membership minus an administration fee of £75 plus VAT. The refund will be processed in the same manner it was received. If the member has attended an event within the 14 day period, they will not eligible for a refund for that particular meeting but may still cancel as above.
Corporate memberships may change the attendee to another within their organisation if prior notice has been provided

If you wish to terminate before the end of the term, a cancellation fee of £75 plus vat or payment of the remining balance of the term is payable whichever is the lower sum.

• All 6 events and additional items offered must be taken and booked within the 5 month membership date.
• Not able to attend an event, you can transfer to a different upto 48 hours notice for a charge of £25 plus vat.
• The pass is non refundable.
• Should you decide you wish to become a member of N90 during you 5 month membership pass, you will receive upto £100 off the membership price. The level of discount is dependent upon the level of membership and payment options taken.
• 2 x Hot desking spaces, taken on two separate dates to be taken during the 5 month period. These are not transferrable once booked and are subject to the desk being available. It is advised to book your desk within 24 hours of the date required.
• Hot desk space are in conjunction with the 17 different locations available:
Cannon Street, 75 King William Street, Tottenham Court Road, Newman Street, Portman Street, St Pauls, Aldgate (Beaufort House), Canary Wharf, Farringdon, Chancery Lane, 99 Bishopsgate, Bevis Marks, Gracechurch Street, New Cavendish Street, Cavendish Square, Victoria and Royal Exchange.
• Additional hot desking is available at £20 plus vat per day.
• Either one social or one speed networking session is available in their membership pass date. As these events run every three months, depending upon when the date of your membership falls you may only have access to one.
• You will be added to the IWant2Network Whats App group for a period of 3 months. All those in the Whats App group are asked to conduct themselves in a professional manner. Unsolicited and unprofessional behaviour may result in removing of the group.

NON PAPYMENT OF FEES
If the member fails to pay the required membership fees on time, or a direct debit is returned unpaid in any membership month, a fee in the sum of £10 will be charged for late / non payment.

TRANSFER OF MEMBERSHIP
Individual Memberships are not permitted to transfer their membership to any other person(s) / sole trader throughout the 12 month membership period, nor at renewal stage, unless prior agreement has been reached with IW2N90.
Corporate Memberships are permitted to transfer their membership to any other person(s) throughout their organisation throughout the 12 month membership period and at renewal stage. Proof of employment must be provided at transfer stage.
Any such requests above must be made in writing.

CATEGORIES
IW2N90 has a one profession rule. Members’ must only represent the profession and activity they have selected at the start of their membership.
Members are not permitted to change their category throughout their 12 month membership period. Categories may only be changed on renewal if that category is available.
Any request to change the category must be in writing and is at the complete discretion of IW2N90.
Members are permitted to take on an additional category within the group, if it is available, which is chargeable as a new membership (see fees section above).

VISITING MEMBERS
Visiting members can attend any other group (in person or online) as long as their category is not taken.
A visiting member fee is payable as follows:
1. online events of £18 plus VAT for each visit.
2. Face to face events plus £39.50 plus VAT for each visit.

MONTHLY ATTENDANCE
In the event a Member is unable to attend a monthly meeting, the member must inform IW2N90, in writing, as soon as possible and arrange for a representative to take their place that month. Suitability of the representative attendance is at the discretion of IW2N90.
A member may send a representative a maximum of 3 times in any 12 month membership period in their place. If a member exceeds this limit their membership may be terminated, any such terminations are at the discretion of IW2N90.
All times for networking are in GMT. It is your responsibility to calculate the relevant time in your time zone. Any missed meetings will not be refunded.

MATERNITY
Members who are on maternity leave i.e. remaining employed but not attending work may continue to attend the monthly meetings. Members are permitted to freeze their membership up to a maximum of 6 months if on maternity.
Members on a Corporate membership are permitted to send a replacement from the same company.
Any extension on the freeze of membership is at the discretion of IW2N90.

MEMBER CHARTER
Members are expected to be courteous and professional at all times throughout all meetings. Any member found to be in breach of this may be asked to leave the meeting and may have their membership terminated for repeat breaches.
IW2N90 is a professional networking platform and does not accept nor tolerate such behaviour.

LEAVING IW2N90 – REFUND POLICY
Members are permitted to bring their membership to an end by providing 2 months’ notice, which must be in writing by way of email to lizzie.phillips@cavara.net.
No refunds will be provided for early cancellations. No refund will be made on any remaining months of the membership year if payment has been made in full.
Members who are on the solopreneur payment plan option, will be asked to pay the remaining balance on the membership, or a early £150 cancellation fee, which ever is lowest.
IW2N90 may take appropriate action in order to recover any membership fees which have not been paid, in the event the member leaves without any notice. The member may be charged the cost of any legal fees and any other associated costs in relation to the recovery of non-payment.

NON COMPETITION
Any current or leaving member is not permitted to engage in any business similar to / or that competes with the business of IW2N90, and/or engage in a business with a similar name within the United Kingdom for a period of 2 years of the leaving date.

FORCE MAJEURE
IW2N90 shall not be liable for failure to hold a monthly meeting if such failure is as a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, pandemic or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (regardless of whether war is declared), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalisation, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labour dispute, strike, lockout / interruption, failure of electricity or telephone service, travel disruption or venue cancellation
