With the new restrictions taking place, it seems like many of us will have to keep on working from home and having meetings online. Hence, we’ll have to keep wearing those same tops and shirts again and again for our zoom calls! But fret not, here are some tips to help you change up your online networking looks to help you feel professional and confident.
Here are some tips for you to update your “zoom looks” and bring new excitement into your wardrobe:
Accessories: have fun creating new combinations with different accessories. And if you’ve run out of options already, accessories can become your investment pieces for the upcoming fall-winter season.
Layers. The arrival of autumn, with temperatures dropping down, will allow us to wear more pieces together. What usually can be a bit annoying for most of us (as we need to combine more pieces together) will now play in our favour, helping us create variety in our looks!
Shopping for clothes: While I’m always encouraging people to renew and reuse their existing pieces, sometimes we just need something new! If that’s the case, my advice is for you to write a shopping list and stick to it, and to go for brands and cuts that you’re sure suit you well, so as to avoid the return process.
